Neal
was born in Pasco, WA in 1983. When asked who inspired him to become a
Youth Pastor, Neal’s answer was somewhat odd. “Actually, I
am my own inspiration.” With a smile Neal explained further. “As
a junior-high boy, I was the most wild and energetic boy in the class.
It was all my leader could do to keep me in my chair. If sedatives were
legal, they would have been used. Yet still, due to a lot of prayer and
patience from my leaders, I matured into a serious follower of Christ.
God grabbed my heart and I became a leader in my youth group. If it weren’t
for those people in my life, who knows where I would be. They inspired
me to make disciples. I guess they are my inspiration.” |

As an active leader in his High School youth group, Neal made the decision to devote his life to full-time ministry. “I remember telling my youth pastor and seeing the tears of pride and fulfillment fall down his face. I knew I wanted to cry those same tears some day. I wanted to see transformation in students lives.” In
2001, Neal
graduated from Pasco High School, and enrolled at Puget Sound Christian
College in Everett, WA. While in Bible College, Neal was given many
opportunities to be involved in the ministry. He worked with multiple
Youth Ministries, helped plant a church in 2004, and led worship and
preached at many churches throughout his 4 years. |

graduation, Neal was hired at Mountainview Christian Church in Gresham,
OR as the Associate Youth Pastor. In June of 2006, Neal was married to
his long-time sweetheart Emily. Emily quickly became a vital part of Neal’s
ministry. "Emily is my partner in ministry. I couldn't have asked |
